It is peace season here on the Blog4Peace website. Since 2006 we've been making our peace globes (get free ones HERE) and writing about peace on Nov 4. It's called peace blogging and we are peace bloggers. Of course, things have changed since then. We are now 22,000 strong on Facebook, Twitter and everywhere else online. We don't just " blog" peace anymore. We tweet it, post it, post it, make it our status on Facebook, share it, Tumble it and Instagram it! Wherever you are online that day, please don't forget to post "Dona nobis pacem" as your status. It is Latin for Grant us Peace. From 202 countries and territories around the world, we have said it. See the locations here.
YOU have created some beautiful peace art in the form of peace globes.
What are peace globes? They are all over this website! Stay awhile and take a look! Click the inspiring peace globes you see in each post and it will take you back to the website of the blogger's post. Read what peace bloggers have to say and you will understand what it means to blog for peace. We are such a diverse and creative bunch. I believe in the power of people blogging and writing for peace. Become a part of this awesome community. Once you're a peace blogger like us, you are always a peace blogger.
Words are powerful. This matters.
See you again soon!
